A new training session for managers of water and water purifying departments started in September 2009 ‘International Executive Master Option/Water for all’

A specialised Master was created by ParisTech in the framework of the Water for all Chair (founded by ParisTech and Fondation Suez Environnement – Water for all) and implemented by AgroParisTech and Mines-ParisTech in Montpelllier centre.

The objective of this Executive Master is to train leaders and to enhance the skills of the executives of urban water and water purifying departments in developing countries or in transition period This Executive Master is meant for professionals, managers and future managers of these departments and goes together with assuming accountabilities in the management of an urban service. This training takes place from September to September with alternating sessions in Montpellier and field missions in the department they come from. During their training, the trainees realise a survey jointly with one of the departments in their home country and with the agreement of the tutor authority, in three steps: diagnosis, prospective and strategic plan, operational action plans.

Teaching languages : in French in 2009-2010 academic year ; in English in 2010-2011.
